How to deal with a car accident

The reason why I wrote this is a useful piece of writing, no matter what kind of insurance you have.

However, in case of an accident, I hope you will not be intimidated in an encounter with an insurance company employee.
In other words, if you don't know how to deal with this, you can easily see the case of being swayed by the insurance company's employee who I paid for and used it, or the insurance company's employee banging in front of the patient due to the customer's expectation.

The reason is that the victim is ignorant, and the solution is that the victim must be knowledgeable.

1. Go to the hospital you want.

Hospitals linked to insurance companies make diagnoses in favor of insurance companies.

2. Don't offer a settlement first.

When you play games, you tend to curse the merchant's "Jessayo" and cover up the real-life merchant's "Jessayo."
That's because I don't have any experience. How many car accidents do you have in your life? It's unfair to have two or three accidents at the most.
Specialist in suits The smelly air is mostly subjected to the "presentation" of insurance workers.

500 As soon as you say, "About 100?" the maximum amount of compensation you can receive changes to 150.
So if you go back and calculate your insurance, and the insurance agent comes back to you and says you can get 150.
The patient's family/themselves, oh, thank you. It's placenta to bow while saying, "Seon-nim."

Never shut up and get treated.

3. Don't get caught up by insurance workers.

As soon as an insurance agent sees you as a pushover, the settlement you can get is cut.
The reason why knowing is power is whether an insurance company employee sits on the settlement table with arms crossed or at the expense of the settlement table.
Depends on your level of knowledge.
As soon as you become a pushover, you become a pushover. You can't find the word "insurance" in a knife-edge reckoning group like an insurance company.
So, "I'll be generous and give you more money" is just a nonsense.
Make demands and deal with them confidently.

4. Don't fall for the lies of the insurers.

"A representative lie must agree before he is discharged to receive the maximum amount of settlement."
"If you stay in the hospital for a long time, you'll be full of hospital food".
"Excluding hospitalization fees from the deposit you can receive. So the longer you stay in the hospital, the less money you receive."
Don't be deceived because all three lies on top of this are lies.

If you think about it in common sense, does a person who's been in the hospital for four weeks look sick on paper or a person who's been in the hospital for two weeks look sick on paper?
Don't be deceived by insurance workers' operations to get them out of the hospital as soon as possible.
Afterwards, they'd put the victim's bird in court to not be treated as a hospital treatment zone for one meal. They're the obvious ones to go later.

4-1. "Agreement on the condition of being discharged now and treat it with health insurance if you get sick later."

This is the most important thing to be careful about.

The moment you get sick again and treat it with health insurance, you prove yourself not to be the aftereffects of an accident.
There is no way to be compensated for any trauma.

4-2. "You don't believe me that much? Then, let's sign the agreement on the aftereffects of disability."
"If you have a disability later, this letter will have legal effects." I'll give you a reward."

You're cracking a joke.
It's just a poisonous lie to get a deal quickly.

The agreement usually says this.
"After the agreement, we will take responsibility and compensate for the aftereffects."

But what if the victim can't prove the aftereffects after the accident? No compensation lol
You limped one of your legs in a car accident later. I'll go to the court and take this one sentence with medical knowledge and precedents in front of the judge.
If you can explain better than the legal team of the other insurance company, you can sign an agreement.

4-3 "You must have stopped calling a lawyer and going to court, how annoying is it?"

You're right, but I'll bother with the court's mediation in the settlement of a car accident. It is my opinion that it should be viewed as a necessity.
In some cases, an insurance company receives more than five to six times the amount offered by the insurance company through an adjustment application.
In other words, you know how little the insurer is offering you.

5. All right. When are we going to make an agreement, then?

If an insurance agent comes to your hospital room and says, "Nim Jessi,"
Now that you know, "Hey, insurance guy? You can say, "I'm riding a crab somewhere".

In general, the settlement period is three years for comprehensive insurance and two years for other insurance from the date of the accident. Therefore, we need to reach an agreement quickly.
Throw away the kimchi man's unique idea quickly.

Know that reaching an agreement early is the ability of an insurance agent and the shortcut to promotion.
I don't have to tell you why.

Of course it's a case-by-case, but follow the doctor's diagnosis and if the doctor's diagnosis is four weeks, literally lie down for four weeks.
It's better than being sick after stamping an agreement. If you don't want to suffer forever, stay in bed for a month and negotiate.

As anyone who has been in a car accident knows, the moment they are in an accident, their entire body falls into a state of shock, and the pain often begins as the tension is relieved.
Take things as slowly as you can and monitor your body. If you're sick at all, appeal to the doctor.

6. Over-deliberation

be the flower of compensation for damage

I told you earlier that as soon as an insurance agent knows you as a pushover, the insurance costs you can receive decrease.
Then, 80% of the over-deliberation is presented to those who know it like watermelon.

6-1 The insurance amount initially offered to you is the amount of damage compensation in accordance with the insurance company's internal regulations.
But when I talk to you, I'm going to say that it's a compensation amount according to the regulations lol.

The response is ".This is used as a ramen stand when boiling Niemi ramen, and the court will pay the estimated judgment amount.

6-2 Let's leave out the compensation provisions under the company's bylaws and talk about the compensation calculated by the amount of over-deliberation.
As soon as you say that, you can't be seen as a pushover, and the insurance company's employee's performance score is heard.

6-3 The amount recognized as over-deliberation is 80% of the cost of a normal trial.
It's 80% of the cost of a lawyer's fee and time calculations, so it's probably more than the insurance company initially offered you. But even this is less than the insurance money you can really get.

6-5 Because the insurance company calculates the cost of over-deliberation like a sick person, permanent disability is turned into a temporary disability and there are many parts that are fixed here and there. Because it's an agreement of 80% of the cost that we've calculated.
Even if you bother him this much, the insurance company employee will apologize and agree with you.

7. Unconditional treatment is essential. As mentioned earlier, the documentary record is the most important thing whether you are truly sick or not.

8.When you're hospitalized, the insurance company staff will ask you to sign this and that, but if you look closely, don't sign the "I'm the one" section.

"Agree to access medical records"

This part must not be signed at all. As soon as you agree to view it, the doctors at the insurance company will judge and conclude.

9.What if I see you as a pushover and keep baiting you even though I know roughly about this?

An insurance company employee is an employee who came out of a company I paid for every month.
If you act like a baby, treat him like a baby. It doesn't matter. "You're not the team leader, but the manager came out." Do it like you're eating.

Call the company's internal audit office.

Put in the complaints.

10. Insurers are the ones who have the ability to speak and talk or have teeth that are bound to be subjected to even if they know this perfectly.
It's not your friend, it's not your companion, it's the insurance company's employees who eat people when they're tired and in need.

That's all.

I was going to divide it into two, but as I used it, it became less.
