At around 11:05 a.m., a concrete mixer truck heading toward Heungup from Bukwon-ro three-way intersection in Heungup-ri, Heungup-myeon, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do crossed the center line and collided with four cars coming from the other side.
Four people were seriously injured, including the Atoz driver Han being taken to a hospital and the Santa Fe driver Lim being slightly injured.
Police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident, believing that 63-year-old Kim, a concrete mixer truck driver, caused the accident while trying to avoid a collision with a car in front of him that stopped after receiving a stop signal.
